4K H.265 (HEVC) Optimized for Roku streaming

I used Handbrake to convert from H.264 to H.265 to stream from Plex to my Roku Ultra for 4K viewing.

Direct Play: Force *Auto may work, I always force*
Allow Direct Stream, checked
