I don't think there's a version of this episode with properly hard-coded English forced subtitles (at least not at the moment), so I made one. I used the following file as the source:

Master.of.None.S01E02.Parents.1080p.NF.WEBRip.DD5.1.x264-NTb.mkv

In order to hard-code the subtitles I had to effectively "zoom in" in a few places to cut off what remained of the existing subtitles without stretching the picture, but there's no vital picture missing. You wouldn't know unless you compared it to the original.

(All the current webrip versions have subtitles that were hard-coded partly over the black bars, and those subtitles were cropped when the black bars were cropped)

I also ran a filter on the picture to clean it up a bit and remove the noise. I can't upload a 1080p version as my internet speed is very, very, slow, and there's virtually no detail lost due to downscaling anyway.
I've included a short sample of a section where I cropped the existing subtitles and hard-coded the new ones.
