This is the re-encode of the original EBU feed transport stream posted. Size really doesn't matter! ;)

Media player tests/comparison. Original transport stream. Players used:
VLC 2.2.1
MS Media player Ver. 12.07601.19148
MPC+HC Media Player Classic with CCCP:MPC 64-bit 1.7.8.162/CCCP Raise Your Flag 2015-10-18

Playing back the original feed transport stream:
MS Media player: There's no image playing the original feed. There is sound, but no picture. File opens in a windows not corresponding with actual size.
VLC: Severe colour, time jump and image/sound sync issues. Colours are bled out with usually red remaining to some extent. Colour comes and goes. Does not correct sync.
MPC: Jump issues. Change slider and image is frozen for quite a while. No colour issues and possibly a 1/10 or 1/20 second image/sound sync issue at the end.

Playing back my 720p re-encode:
MPC: No colour issues. No discernible image/sound sync issues at the end.
VLC: Same colour issues as with the original. Image/sound sync issues, say, 1/10-1/8 of a second at the end.
MS Media player: There's no image playing the original feed. There is sound, but no picture. File opens in a windows not corresponding with actual size.

Recommended media player is CCCP package with the Media Player Classic found at http://www.cccp-project.net/
