Lou Reed + John Cale - Songs for Drella 1990 torrent

* This torrent is basically the same as my previous torrent of Songs for Drella, but for a couple of minor improvements -- 1) corrected minor audio dropout at the start of "Work" and 2) captured VHS at 5000 kbs instead of 4500 as was previously the case -- I will be seeding this version from now on, but if you have the other and haven't had issues with it then you don't need this.

A collector's item. The VHS I got from a friend, who can't remember ever playing it, so it's ideal for digital transfer. This little "concert" was never released officially on DVD.

John Cale and Lou Reed teamed up to write and perform this series of songs about the late Andy Warhol. Easily one of the best projects either one has been involved with, including their famous work with the Velvet Underground. Emotionally and intellectually affecting.
