This DVD portrays Maharishi’s meetings with the Governors and Legislatures of Illinois and Michigan.
Maharishi congratulates the Illinois state legislature for having passed a resolution supporting his Transcendental Meditation program and SCI. In a longer talk to the Michigan legislature, Maharishi describes his philosophy of government in detail and takes questions from the legislators.
