“What Now” is a song recorded by Barbadian singer Rihanna. It was written by Rihanna, Olivia Waithe, Parker Ighile and Nathan Cassells and it’s confirmed as the fifth single from her seventh studio album “Unapologetic” that was released 19 November 2012 via Def Jam.The song is a mid-tempo piano ballad which incorporates sounds which resemble “sonic bombs” during the chorus and “crashing” drums. Following the release of the album, the song made chart appearances in France and UK, as well as the UK R&B Chart where it peaked at number 32. The single has peaked at #23 on Australian charts and at #39 on New Zealand chart. It was also included on the set list of her “Diamonds World Tour” (2013).
