Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, goshdarnit, the legendary Madonna heel-toed out of the shadows to join Milerz for a mashup of "Don't Tell Me/We Can't Stop." Yes whippersnappers, cowgals and cowboys – this was a hootenanny for the history books.
