Technical Notes:
* The QuickTime file and the DVD sources have been upscaled with AI GigaPixel
* Despite great results from the upscale, the top and bottom of the image suffered from it a bit. A compromise was reached by cropping the picture to a 14:9 aspect ratio for the two songs that uses it.
* "Montana" was cropped to widescreen on the DVD and was quite noisy. It appears on top of the QuickTime video for this song to try to regain some picture details.
* Since the soundtrack was quite different for each sources, the 2018 CD remix was used as a single audio source for the entire concert and therefore synced to the footage accordingly.
* The running orders follows roughly what happened during those nights. Editing reasons decided for the songs placement in the end.
