Contributors include Alan Moore, John Totleben, Denny O'Neill, Brian Bolland, Mike Barr, and Bill Sienkiewicz. Issue 1 was produced as an outreach project with the Central Committee for Conscientious Objectors, an anti-war organization, and issue 2 was produced with Citizen Soldier, a soldiers' legal rights group.
