Let's say it's 1957... and you're an alien slaver called Nimbus, on the trail of runaway drones. You track them to Earth, and what do you find? Sputnik. Beatniks. Drive-ins. Tail-fins. A curvy blnde named Nan, her too-square parents and her be-bop beau. It's the last age of innocence, when atom bombs meant "duck and cover," and TV was black and white. When kids were kids and women were house-wives, and escaped alien slaves were about to use the earth as a playing field in a game of mass genetic suicide.
