Colonel Allen (William Sadler), leader of a secret corps detrimental to the interests of U.S. executives specializing eliminate. Wildest fears come true when a presumed dead Marine sniper (Demetrius Navarro) appearance on ER.
The man was captured, tortured before his superiors give up. He escaped and returned to take revenge - Allen's job to stop him.
