For those of you interested in Dhammakaya meditation, this book is a very rare piece on the subject. Written by the Founding Abbott of the temple Luang Phor Sodh - Phra Ajahn Maha Sermchai Jayamanggalo, Damnoen Saduk Thailand.It's a full and clear instruction manual of how to attain the dhammakaya body within you.

Personally, I don't think the crystal ball is to be of any necessity when you do this meditation technique. With just the right amount of concentration the sphere will automatically appear in ones minds eye when attention is being brought to the center of the body.

There are many different meditation techniques out there and this is just one of them - I just happen to enjoy this one the most.
I'm sure the Abbot wouldn't mind the spreading of his work.
