REPACK because the version of VirtualDubMod used for the intial release when
enabling packed bitstream results in a file that is incompatible with VLC 2.0
but will play fine in VLC 1.1.11. There is also an alternate encoding which does
NOT have packed bitstream enabled and it plays fine in VLC 2.0.
