This is Adventures into The Unknown is far from complete bu it's still a fucking beast

Considered by some historians to be the very first horror comic of the golden age, and it's definately one of the longest running with an impressive lifespan of two decades (and we are talking about a book that didn't have any real mainstays)

But the real reason to check AITG out is because of how weird it was

Bizarre stories and hypnotic covers, often from the manic pen of Ogden Whitney

The book survived long into the silver age, and went through several gimmickly eras, like when it was puplished as a 3D-comic even though it was less 3D than any of the real 3D comics

Crazy book, and really worth the effort
