Part 1:

Zuko's mother Ursa has been missing for years and Ozai is the only person who may know her whereabouts. Unable to extract the information from their father himself, Zuko releases Azula from the mental institution in the hopes that Ozai will entrust her with their mother's location. When Azula retrieves a letter hidden within one of Ozai's bunkers, Team Avatar agrees to travel with the royal siblings in order to help them find their mother. The content of the letter could be the key to Ursa's whereabouts, but it also holds a well kept secret that will give Zuko a whole new reason to find his long-lost mother.



Part 2:

With the revelation that he may not be Ozai's son after all, Zuko feels the need to find his mother more than ever. Despite the Fire Lord's jubilation, Aang knows that the truth of Zuko's paternity could cost him his right to rule the Fire Nation.

Meanwhile, Team Avatar's arrival in Hira'a heeds answers concerning the man mentioned in the letter, Ikem, who is rumored to have retreated into Forgetful Valley after Ursa left. At the same time, the flashbacks to an earlier time in the Royal Family's life continue, revealing further information about Ursa's disappearance and tying ever more into Zuko and Azula's search. Will they find the man they are looking for in Forgetful Valley, or will they discover an entirely different face of the forest?

Part 3:

Avatar Aang travels to the Spirit World to negotiate with an ancient power, bringing Fire Lord Zuko ever closer to discovering the truth about his mother's fate, and his own past. Meanwhile, Azula is becoming more and more dangerous,and threatens to ruin everything that Zuko, Aang, Katara, and Sokka have struggled to achieve ΓÇïΓÇïduring their search.
