This is the version of Evangelion: Death and Rebirth that is found on the Region 2 DVD KIBA 105~6. The version of Rebirth included here is the one released before End of Evangelion, and as such, does not include any of the audio and visual changes made for that version. Video is in RAW Japanese, no subtitles. Also includes several trailers for Death and Rebirth, located at the end of the video.
