The Legend of Mother Sarah (HomeUnix Manga) [English] torrent

I downloaded this a few months back and I wasn't to sure exactly what I was looking at. Were they single issues slapped together by a fan or were they official graphic novels? Regardless this collects Dark Horse's only graphic novel release of TLOMS, Tunnel Town, and what I assume is a scanlation of Delcourts release of The Legend of Mother Sarah graphic novels.
