In Star Wars Dark Times, the time period referenced in Ben Kenobi's immortal words is finally unlocked! The new series to be released this fall from Dark Horse Comics will move into the new, unexplored territory of the time period immediately following Revenge of the Sith, with references to the Del Rey novel Dark Lord.

This series has a new number 1 and a new title, but the indica still states "Star Wars Republic" and continues to count on from issue 84 and on. The series lasted until issue 17 (or issue 100 of Star Wars: Republic), but recently continued in a mini-series named Star Wars: Dark Times - Out Of The Wilderness.
