Spider-Man UK Assassin-8 Storyline (Marvel) torrent

Spidey travels to London to appear on the TV show Saturday Starship, but is stalked by the deluded cyborg Assassin-8. It also introduced the staff of the Daily Bugle's London sister paper, the Daily Herald! The story was produced by Mike Collins, Barry Kitson, Mark Farmer, Jerry Paris, Mike Scott, Ian Rimmer, John Higgins and Bob Wakelin of Marvel UK.

This was the first British produced Spider-Man story, created so that Marvel UK could delay the introduction of Spider-Man's new black costume in the regular reprinted strip (there were concerns that the readership would not accept it). This issue and the next three issues fit in between Peter Parker's appearances in Marvel Team-Up #148 and Amazing Spider-Man Annual #18
