The original album was issued in 1988 by United Dairies (UD 029), and comprised just tracks 1-6.

This reissure dates from 1992, and contains 6 bonus tracks:

- Track 7 was recorded in 1988, and is an alternative version of Track 1.

- Tracks 8-11 were recorded in Tokyo, 1989. (Tracks 9-10 were originally released on a Shock 7" (Shock SX003) and were reissued with track 11 on "The Portable Altamont" compilation (Shock CD SX012).) These 4 songs were to have been on a Japanese Current 93 album, but the album was never finished.

- Track 12 was recorded in 1985 as part of the material for the "Killy Kill Killy" piece that was released on the "Nightmare Culture" mini-LP. In 1988 David Tibet was working on a soundtrack for a film that Steven Stapleton and he were thinking of making, based on the idea of the lands where dreams went when they died (an idea that Tibet later used on the "In Menstrual Night" album), and this material is part of the music that they were putting together for it. The film remains unmade, and much of the music unreleased.
