A simple graphic editor without bells and whistles, just right for a beginner, you can download DrawPad Graphic Editor below.
From the main window, you can access drawing tools, effects, and layers. The program will allow you to create new images or work with old ones. Supports various graphic formats, NG, BMP, JPG, GIF, PDF and SVG. I think it’s not worth listing the list of drawing tools, everything can be seen from the screenshot, you won’t get anything new.
