In the main window, you can access drawing tools, effects and layers. The program will allow you to create new images or work with old ones. Supports various graphic formats, NG, BMP, JPG, GIF, PDF and SVG.
Among the effects, you can note the fill, the ability to add a shadow and bevels. The downside is the lack of a "cancel" button, but this has long been the case, the button appeared many years ago. There is no Russian support (there is a Russified version, added to the header), but there are few settings, so it will be easy to figure it out.
