The three swords Jun Po pulls out are the ones that were put into the scroll at the end of S2; in order of appearance:

蒼黎劍 (Cang Li Jian, Soureiken)
八陣斷鬼刀 (Ba Zhen Duan Gui Dao, Hachijindankitou)
灼晶劍 (Zhuo Jing Jian, Shakushouken, Blazing Crystal Sword)

Note that Crunchyroll's subs for S2 had incorrect Chinese names for all three of these swords. (By extension, so did my S2 release, which was doubly dumb because I included the Mandarin dub and that had the names correctly pronounced.) The sword Bu Huan uses in the fight is the first one. The one he uses at the end, Wanshi Shen Fu (Mansei Shinpuku), is the same earthquake sword used in the second movie.
